To look at, not touch

striped angelfish
angelfish between grass
a couple of black angelfish
my favourite angelfish
These are some of the angelfish in our fishtank. We have about 70 of them (in about 1.500 l of water), and they are quite nice to observe … and photograph. Some of them are quite easy to recognize like the one on the bottom pic. I like the black line it has over its eye like an eyebrow.

More to look at, but not touch starting at Francesca’s FuoriBorgo.

  1. Oh, WOW! Beautiful fish! We had a fishtank when I was a child. It was so relaxing to observe the fish. But since my Ex once said “I think it’s the other way ’round, they’re observing us!”…well, since then I’m not sure anymore if I’d still would want to have a fishtank in my living room…! ;oD

  2. It is relaxing, isn’t? I used to have a tank in my bedroom and found that watching the fish helped me unwind after a stressful day.

  3. What a beautiful fish! I am learning english. However my english is very bad, especially speaking and listening. I’m sorry If I don’t good for here. My brother have fish also, but your fishtank is more smaller. I have a friend that he has a shop of animals. He is expert in fish. I leave their website.
